Registration/Music: The registration desk will open at least one hour before the first event. Participants must be present at least one hour before their scheduled event time in case the competition is running early. CDs are the only acceptable media. CDs must be:
- Clearly marked with name (last name, first name), event entered and the music time/length.
- Each CD must have only ONE (1) track on it. In the case of entry in multiple events, separate discs must be used. Any disc with more than one (1) track will NOT be accepted!
- Lead in time (time before the music begins) on CDs may not exceed two (2) seconds.
- Due to compatibility and reliability reasons, music may NOT be submitted on re-recordable “CD-RW” discs.
- Each CD must be submitted in a paper CD sleeve with a see through window (obtainable at any office supply store), also labeled with the skater’s name and event. Standard hard plastic cases or other CD holders are not acceptable. CDs that are not properly identified will NOT be accepted.
Competition music must be turned in at the registration desk at the time of registration. The All Year Figure Skating Club assumes no responsibility or liability for damage or loss of CDs. All competitors must have a duplicate CD (back-up) with them at the rink.
Credentials:
- Competitors will receive a credential at no charge.
- One coach per skater will receive a credential at no charge (credential must be requested during entry process on Entryeeze)
- One additional coach credential per skater may be purchased for $15 (credential must be requested during entry process on Entryeeze). Can be purchased online only no later than May 24, 2014.
- One chaperone per skater– No charge (credential must be requested during entry process on Entryeeze)
- One additional chaperone credential per skater may be purchased for $15 (credential must be requested during entry process on Entryeeze). Can be purchased online only no later than May 24, 2014.
A photo ID must be shown by all coaches when the credential is picked up. CREDENTIALS are non-transferable!
Credentials must be worn at all times while to enter the rink at Center Ice. Any lost credentials will be replaced for an additional charge of $5 per credential.
