All Year FSC is extremely proud of All Year FSC members Jeff Charbonneau, Janis Engel and Steven Hsu. These esteemed officials were selected by U.S. Figure Skating to go to Frankfurt, Germany and sit for exams to become an International and ISU officials. Congratulations to Jeff, Janis and Steven! All Year FSC is excited and proud of your accomplishments.
- Jeff Charbonneau has passed the exam and is a new International Judge, Singles and Pairs.
- Steven Hsu has passed the exam and is a new International Technical Controller, Singles.
- Janis Engel has passed the exam to be promoted to ISU Controller, Dance.
