Testing
Each month, All Year FSC offers opportunities for skaters to test in person at one of our 7 test centers, as well as virtually. Skaters may register for a test session via EntryEeze using the button below. The in-person locations and dates are listed below as well.
We use EntryEeze for all test session registrations
Please click here for the link and click here for instructions. Test sessions are filled on a first come, first served basis.
All testing and related ice fees are non-refundable and non-transferable without a physician’s note in the event of illness. If a skater cancels an in-person test session because the same test earns a passing score from a virtual test, then the test fee is non-refundable.

Beginning November 1, 2024, U.S. Figure Skating requires that skaters taking a virtual test hold a placard close to the camera at the start of the recording. The placard must include the skater’s name, recording date, and the hosting club’s name. This is in addition to displaying an electronic device showing the time and date. The test chair will review each recording for compliance before forwarding it for judging. If either the placard or the time/date device are missing, the skater will be notified that the video has been rejected.
Below is a sample fillable PDF placard, though any placard is acceptable as long as it contains the required information.
Reminders for Virtual Test Guidelines:
- Videos must be in landscape format and uploaded to YouTube.
- Please review the video to ensure it is clear and steady, as videos with blurring or frame jumps have previously been rejected by judges.
- Videos must be recorded within 14 days of the test session deadline, which typically falls at the end of each month. Exceptions (e.g., October session) may apply to accommodate major qualifying competition deadlines and will be noted on Entryeeze and social media.
The required documents must be forwarded to Tracy Kemper at the time of registration.
Please email the Performance Affidavit (link below), Name & Likeness Agreement (link below), and YouTube video link to Tracy Kemper at the time of registration. As a reminder, the proctor on the Affidavit must be an impartial witness. He/She must not be related to the skater and must not be one of the skater’s coaches or training partners.
Each month, a maximum of 45 tests will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If documentation and videos are not received by the time the session fills, the spot will be given to another skater. If you do not receive an email acknowledging receipt of your documentation and video by the deadline, please follow up with Tracy to confirm that your information was received.
Please include your coach’s contact information during registration, as results are sent to the coach of record.
Required Documents:
In accordance with Rules 4100 and 4200-4202, athletes may receive credit for certain tests by meeting minimum scores at a competition held under the International Judge System (IJS). The athlete must “skate-up” to the event for which they are seeking test credit, in addition to having already passed any prerequisites prior to the competition event. Athletes must request a test credit packet from the LOC prior to the free skate segment. That test credit packet must be submitted to All Year FSC for processing, along with the form below and all required fees, within 14 days of the date of the free skate segment.
